We want you to be happy with your purchase. If Baton isn't the right fit, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Baton license for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us with:
- The email address you used to purchase.
- Your license key (if available).
We will process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You can continue using Baton's free tier (up to 4 concurrently running workspaces) without a license.
Team & Volume Purchases
Team purchases (5+ licenses) follow the same 14-day refund window. Partial refunds for individual licenses within a team order are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
