We want you to be happy with your purchase. If Baton isn't the right fit, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Baton yearly or lifetime license for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. You'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal — the link is in your purchase confirmation email.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us with:
- The email address you used to purchase.
- Your license key (if available).
We will process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You can continue using Baton's free tier (up to 4 concurrently running workspaces) without a license.
Volume & Enterprise
Volume discounts and enterprise agreements are arranged out of band — see Contact us. Refund terms for those agreements are set at purchase.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
